Are you getting enough H2O?

All day, every day we're exposed to different measurements. When you go to the grocery store and the grocery list says "1/4 cup of milk" you have to know how many ounces are in a cup. Luckily, my Nalgene bottle tells me exactly how many ounces of water I have, but what if I drank out of another container of different measurement? I'd have to know how to convert.

Throughout each day at work I drank 3 Nalgene bottles of water. Every other day starting Monday I had my own full gallon of water that I drank on-site. If each Nalgene hold 32 oz., how many ounces in total did I drink working for 5 days?

(128 oz./gallon)
